So yeah. This happened. :)
A lot of hard work went into this. Been a lot time coming. Glad it finally went public. OPQS, Saxo and Evie and Taylor from SLULU are over there now getting a tour after todays TT. ANd on that note, was weird seeing the footage of them riding roads we ride for our lunch ride! There go all our QOMs/KOMs. pft.

Well, we put up Part 3 of Overheard: Specialized-lululemon team camp today. No more Emily Maye voice in my head. No more looking at these photos of slulu2013. The response has been super positive. I’m glad. Goodbye my lovelies, ‘til next we meet!
Posting all three in sequence. The newest is at the bottom. Fun fact relating to the last one: Trixie won the Plank Off by holding her plank for 7 minutes and 25 seconds. She could have held it longer, of this I have no doubt, but when all your foes have crumbled, what’s the point?

Oh god. After posting about how Peanut Butter had lost a bit of her shine in comparison to the Amira I’ve been riding for two weeks…. the wheel guys gave PB an upgrade and NOW I AM TORN! These CLX40s made Peanut look teh sexy!

Been calling her REDACTED while thinking of a name. Still thinking. Wicked evil, this way comes. Sure, I still love Peanut Butter, the field test Ruby I’ve been riding for a year, but since I’ve been riding this Amira…
Shebeast? Kitty? Grumpy? Soul crusher? Yeah, I’ll keep thinking.
Makes me feel strong. Take my word with a grain of salt of course, since I work for Specialized. But this bike is rad. :)
Poor Precious. Pushed even further into the background.

I’m stuck at Heathrow (missed my connection), so here are a few more photos from Team Specialized-Lululemon camp. I will miss the girls. And riding in Portugal. And I learned two things:

Just a few snaps from the first few days at Specialized-Lululemon Team Camp. Such a great bunch of girls! Spirits are high, even with today’s rainy weather.
I have to say, my spirit was a little crushed when I opened my bike box today, though. Customs held it up, then somehow managed to not put the parts box back in. No computer, no cages, no front skewer and worst of all, no pedals. Peanut Butter is in Portugal with somewhere to go and noway to get there. Trying to hunt down some spare parts now to salvage the situation.

Just ate a glazed donut and a bagel, followed by a chocolate milk chaser. I’m believe I’m now officially ready to head to Team Specialized-lululemon team camp in Portugal on Sunday.
